Jaipur Metals sells handcrafted and manufactured metalware including brass idols, religious figurines, copper bottles, utensils, decorative pieces in brass, copper, and other alloys. Product images on the website are representative — actual items may have minor variations in shade, size, or finish due to the handcrafted nature of many products.

3. Pricing & GST

All prices listed on www.jaipurmetals.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. For international orders, prices are displayed in INR and final currency conversion is handled by your payment provider. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation via email constitutes acceptance of your order.

5. Shipping Policy Summary

Domestic (India): Free shipping on domestic order. Standard delivery in 5–7 business days. 

International: Shipping charges are calculated at actuals and added at checkout. Estimated delivery: 15–25 business days. Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged products. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or minor cosmetic variations inherent to handcrafted items
  • International orders: Return terms to be communicated separately

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not feasible. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
