We ship across India and to most international destinations. All orders are carefully packed to ensure your metalware arrives safely. Below are our complete shipping terms.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

During peak seasons or festive periods (Navratri, Diwali, etc.), processing may take up to 3 business days.

International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package and destination country. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Important: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Jaipur Metals has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

5. Tracking Your Order

Tracking Details: A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. 
Use it to track your order on the courier's website.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier partner name. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website. For any tracking issues, contact us at jaipurmetals@outlook.com.

6. Packaging

All Jaipur Metals products are securely packed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We use robust packaging especially for fragile idols and decorative pieces. If you receive a visibly damaged package, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.

7. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

  • Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us
  • Re-dispatch charges will apply for orders returned due to customer error
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at the time of order
  • Delivery Timelines: Domestic orders delivered in 5–7 business 
    days. International orders in 15–25 business days.

8. Restricted / Unreachable Locations

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain restricted international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

9. Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or force majeure events
  • Customs clearance delays (international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • Festive season surges

Jaipur Metals is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or customs authorities.
